Attorney Michelle Owens Campbell is an attorney at SRIS, P.C. Mrs. Campbell primarily practices in the areas of Criminal Law, Traffic cases and Family Law matters. Mrs. Campbell also handles juvenile matters as well as hearings with the Motor Vehicle Administration.

Mrs. Campbell was born in Richmond, Virginia on September 2, 1975 and moved to Baltimore in 1997. She graduated magna cum laude from Virginia Polytechnic Institute and State University (Virginia Tech) in 1997 and received her Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science with a concentration in Legal Studies as well as a minor in Psychology.

She graduated cum laude from the University of Baltimore School of Law and received her Juris Doctor degree in 2001. While in law school, Mrs. Campbell was a member of the Law Forum Journal, a member of the National Moot Court Team, a Contracts Law Achievement Scholar, and a Teaching Assistant in Legal Analysis, Research and Writing.

She is admitted to the Maryland State bar. Prior to joining our firm, she worked in private practice, as an associate attorney with the Law Offices of Thomas C. Mooney, a criminal defense firm in Upper Marlboro, Maryland, where she handled criminal, juvenile and traffic matters.
