Rocco Columbus is an attorney who handles criminal, traffic and family law matters. Mr. Columbus received his undergraduate degree in Government at The College of William and Mary, and attended law school at the T. C. Williams School of Law at the University of Richmond. Mr. Columbus has experience prosecuting cases as an Assistant Commonwealth’s Attorney for the County of Brunswick. Mr. Columbus then left to work for a firm in Mecklenburg County, Virginia, where he represented clients prior to joining the Sris Law Group.

Mr. Columbus has represented clients on many different charges. He participated in three different first degree murder offenses where the client was not convicted of first degree murder. He has handled violent felonies such as robbery or malicious wounding, property crimes, drug offenses, and sex offenses. He has also represented people for assault and battery, larceny, public intoxication and other misdemeanors. He also has experience both representing and prosecuting traffic offenses and driving under the influence. He has also represented clients in custody matters and handled divorce matters.
