While there, he participated in the business law journal and in moot court, where he got the opportunity to argue before a sitting United States Supreme Court Justice. In addition, Mr. Archer interned as a clerk to a state appellate judge and spent six months as a fully-licensed practitioner with the U.S. Attorney’s Office of Eastern Tennessee, an experience that gave him valuable insight into how the government prosecutes cases.
