Kimberly Bolinskey is an attorney in the Lynchburg client meeting location of SRIS, P.C.  Ms. Bolinskey assists clients primarily in the following areas:  Traffic Matters,  including Speeding infractions, Reckless Driving, Driving on Suspended Operator’s License, and  DUI;  Criminal Law matters such as Breaking and Entering, Drug Possession, Larceny, Assault and Battery, and Sex Offenses; as well as Family Law matters such as Divorce, Custody, Visitation, and Support.  Ms. Bolinskey represents clients in many jurisdictions, including Lynchburg, Roanoke, Charlottesville, Blacksburg, Danville, Amherst County, Campbell County, Bedford County, Allegheny County, Charlotte County, and Louisa County.

She received both a Bachelor’s Degree and a Juris Doctor degree from the University of Tennessee.   She has been admitted to the Virginia State Bar since 1997.  Prior to joining the SRIS Law Group, Ms. Bolinskey was employed as an Assistant Commonwealth’s Attorney, where she prosecuted criminal and juvenile misdemeanors and violent felonies in the General District, Juvenile and Domestic Relations, and Circuit Courts.  She also has prior experience in representing clients in all Family Law matters.   As an attorney with the SRIS Law Group, Ms. Bolinskey will utilize her significant experience in prosecuting criminal matters to defend you, on your case.
